Since the beginning of this year, Shengli Oilfield has consolidated its resource foundation, strengthened efficiency development, and continuously promoted the increase of reserves, production, and cost reduction. In the first seven months, it produced 13.5639 million tons of crude oil and 500 million cubic meters of natural gas, both exceeding the planned operation.

Intensify risk exploration and pre exploration efforts, continue to expand into shale oil, deep, ultra deep and other fields, select key evaluation targets in mature fields, achieve integration of exploration and development, geological engineering, and achieve two new breakthroughs and six new progress in exploration results. From January to July, 69 exploration wells were completed, with an additional 17.95 million tons of proven oil geological reserves added, promoting large-scale storage through high-quality exploration.
Focusing on high-level scale stable production, increasing production capacity increment, and consolidating the foundation of stable production. Efficiently promote production capacity construction, accelerate well location reserves for production capacity plans, and orderly promote the construction of national demonstration zones for shale oil. Continuously increasing the adjustment of injection and production well networks in old areas, and deepening the implementation of heavy oil infill, chemical flooding adjustment, and old area modernization projects. Consolidate the foundation of stable production in old areas, conduct detailed reservoir descriptions, and conduct large-scale investigations on potential, water flooding, and heavy oil development status. Increase efforts to improve well networks such as injection and lateral drilling, promote rapid energy replenishment technology for pressure drive water injection, and maintain a stable natural decline rate of conventional thin oil.
